is there a way to select a "reinforcement plate depth of equal diameter pipes" without a nomographnusing excel.

What i meant is there a way that I can bypass reading the Swason Nomograph used in AWWA M11 for a crotch plate by brining the nomograph in excel or get the depth of plate using a calculation in excel. See attached

Caution should always be used when applying methods from different Codes. However, the design principles in the ASME B31 Codes are very well established and reliable. That may be a more appropriate route to follow.
