How to Create a Cross Sections including all features of the component into YZ-Datum Plane ?

There are at least 3 options:
[ul][li]Insert -> Curve from bodies -> Section[/li]
[li]Insert -> Curve from Bodies -> Intersect[/li]
[li]View -> Section -> new section...[/li][/ul]

If you don't see one (or more) of these options in your menu, you may have to use the customize tool to add it or change to a role that includes it by default (such as one with full menus).

Features are at different angle in the model but i've to show cross section at TCD (i.e like X-Section).
 
Sounds like something that would be better handled in a drawing cross section view then...

But, if you really want to do this, you can extract curves from the body and project them into your desired plane.

What you appear to be describing is something that is only supported in Drafting and is known as a 'Folded Section View', which looks like this:
