Hello
I am having troubles making a cross section of a side view. I want to make my cross section along a plane that is rotated 15 degrees from my front plane.

My part is like a bowl with numerous holes in it and I want to cross section through one of these sets of holes.

How can I select this plane and force a cross section on it?

Thank you for your time.

Ralph

Draw the section line coincident with the angled plane and place the section view accordingly.

Be sure to lock focus on the view and sketch a centerline where you want the section to go. You can use points, dimensions, and symmetry to locate the centerline precisely.
