Two questions:
1) Can Creo1 read Creo2 files?
2) Can Creo1 read .stp files from Creo2?

No
Yes

Look up the ATB (associative topology bus), it does give a way to open files in older versions, there are many caveats.

What parametres do i change in the ATB to be able to make a stp-file from Creo2 to work in Creo?

If you are using STEP files you don't need the ATB, but you will have dumb geometry with no features or parametrics.

ATB is a way to be able to open and edit files in older versions of Pro/E/Creo.

STEP means STandardized Exchange of Product file. U can open in any modelling software without feature tree
