Creo customisation file problems

We're using Creo Parametric 2.0 M020 and are having problems with getting it to recognise and save changes to the creo_parametric_customization.ui file. Specifically I have changed the navigation window width to 5 and unticked the expand browser during startup box but everytime I restart Creo they're back to the defaults - any ideas?





The only way I've found to get round it are to run a script replacing the creo_parametric_customization.ui file in the user directory before starting Creo, this works for the first window but as soon as I open a second window the navigation window is back to the default width.

Had a similar problem.
This helped for me:

I put the
creo_parametric_customization.ui-file to the Creo's start folder and
added a line "load_ui_customization_run_dir yes" to config.pro.
