creo analysis commercial version vs educational version?

hello and hi, i have some issues where my colleague and i have to do some analysis on some part of machine. so one of them have done the design using creo parametric Educational Version . as to complete the analysis i have taken the next step to run the analysis on creo simulate 2.0 Full Version / Commercial Version. shockingly, the file from parametric creo doesn't work on my simulate creo. can anyone suggest any idea on solving my problem, i don't know such as convert the file or something.

Short answer - PTC have designed the software to be incompatible between the commercial & educational versions. There are 3rd parties who can do the conversion for you, but no free way of doing so.

Simplest solution is probably to write it out as a STEP file then import the STEP file.
