creo 4 thread notes

I have a part that I added an external cosmetic thread to and the note is displaying like this "0.500-13.000 UNC-2a EXTERNAL"
instead of 1/2-13 UNC-2A with the drill size. Any idea why this changed or what setting I have to modify?
