creo 4.0 with 3dexperience connector mxpro issue

Hello members,

Any one in this PTC: Creo Parametric (Pro/Engineer) forum, have experience with using of Creo 4.0 connetor with 3DExperience mxpro?
I'm having an issue with the mxpro connector for creo, opening a drawing. buy geeting the following error message.

can anyone help me to finding a clue behind this error.
