creo 2.0 windows7 64bit problem

hi

i have just installed creo 2.0 in my system my system is compatible with this.

but when i open it's drawing area is hang.

notice that my friend system with same configuration but windows7 32bit it's running smoothly but in my system it's not running..

whats the problem...??

Could you plz check below points:
1.Your Windows 7 OS is 64bit
2.You have graphics driver properly configured
3.Your mac-id is displaying(type getmac and start>run) elese creo can't be configured.

Also below are very important points you should must check:
many other hardware ids also are having macid's and creo uses ethernet macid so temporarily disable below hardwares 1.wifi 2.blootooth if you have and then try installing creo.
