How can I determine the average stress to produce a creep rate of 0,01%/1000hr??

You need to obtain either a creep deformation graph (stress versus deformation) or work with creep deformation test data of the specified material.

Ok, where I can find the creep deformation test data for my material?

I´ve been searching for it and only appears data from manufacteurs. How to get a neutral data??
