Do you know any case about a important creep in marls (as foundation of a embankment dam) ?

Yes, for the UK "Engineering in Mercia Mudstone" Published by CIRIA in 2001 and written by Chandler and Foster, CIRIA Reference C570, isbn 0 86017 570 7.
This has lots of info across the board plus case studies.
