Creep effect on Layered shell

Dear All ,
I am using SAP2000 Version 14.1 . I am using A staged-construction and time depended material non linearity. the problem is Multi-layered
shell does not consider the effect of creep; if I switched to normal slab section the effect of creep appears

did anyone face this problem
