Creating Left and Right Hand Drawings

I'm familiar on how to create a right hand part from a left hand part (and vice versa) without reconstructing the entire model from scratch.

I would like to know, can you create a right hand detailed drawing from a left hand detailed drawing (and vice versa), without having to redimension the copied drawing?

Any response is greatly appreciated!!
