Dear friends,
How to use Powerlogic to create big ball chip CAE decal (532 pins and the pin name like AA1;H45;ect....).
1 create one chip is too big, need to divide into small one with the same PCB decal, but small one the pins number can not be over the numbers of pins in each sub chip.
2 it can not be named as AA2,or H3 or those start with charactors pin.
Does anyone has the experiences to create CAE decal of big ball chip?
