Guru's,

Silly question but I can't remember how to do this for the life of me. How do I create a true isometric view of my model so that I can show that view on a drawing. Isn't their a way you can enter exact coordinates to establish this? I've done it before but just can't recall what I did.

TIA,

Brad Hacker

The way I do it is, turn your model to a true side view (right). Go into view oriention and change to dynamic orient. Change the H/V/C option to what you need. I use H=45/V=35.26/C=30

In 2001:

In the Orientation dialog box under the Preferences menu is an option to set the Default Orientation to Isometric.
