Creating a DECAL for an Assembly

Any suggestions on how to create a decal for a cylindrical surface? Would it show in the drawing and/or would it print?

I have the original artwork on Photoshop.

As far as i know the decal will not appear on any drawings and the only way to print it wouldbe to either print from the within the assembly or once rendered.
