Create next boundry hot key

I've created curves to choose for boundaries but they're are many of them and it's east to lose track of which curve I picked last if I have to go back and forth from my curves to the "Create Next Boundary" button. Is there a hot key or a way to select the next boundary without going back and forth?

In the old boundary dialog there is no shortcut to that button.

In the new boundary dialogs we addressed this, and map MB2 to "Add New Set", so the interaction is much better. If you define your boundaries in a geometry group, you should see the new dialog. In operations like planar milling, the update is still in progress.
