For a model of an aircraft I am making, I am using multiple cross sections that intersect. One datum plane forms the buttock line of the aircraft and the other planes are situated at various fuselage stations. Is it possible to contrain geometry between, say, the buttock plane and the fuselage station planes such that if, for example, the height of a certain section were changed in the buttock plane, the geometry in the fuselage station plane will automatically change to match?

Yes. Create the buttock plane and its geometry first, then create a fuselage station plane. Create a sketch on the fuselage station plane and create an intersection point or points (curve from curves -> intersection) between the buttock geometry and the fuselage datum plane. Constrain your fuselage station geometry to these associative intersection points as desired. As the buttock geometry changes, the intersection points will update along with the geometry constrained to them.
