Create close of a specific section of a part in a drawing

Does anyone know how I can enlarge just a section of my part in a solidworks drawing? I want the whole part to be 1:1. I would like to take the little loop and make it say 4:1 right next to it to show the dimensions. Thanks in advance for the help.
