Create a drill mesh

There are various exemplary input files in Abaqus documentation but none of them involve drilling. Thus, there are two options:
- model the drill bit in Abaqus (it has quite good geometry modeler) and then mesh it
- model the drill bit in CAD software, import it to Abaqus and then mesh it (of course you could also prepare the mesh in external mesher but it shouldn't be necessary in this case)
