Hi,

I recently did some design work for some lighting columns, the piles are sitting in hard soil and rock. The soil/rock was first augered out at Dia 0.9 Meteres and rio cage put in. at various lengths in line with a geotech report, and used brinch Hansen for faliure type mode, safety factor of 3 used, 4 piles where poured with 40MPa concrete, unfortunately we missed judged the total concrete needed and fell short by about .2M2 on the last pile, it took 20mins for the next truck to get there, We used a vibrator while the concrete was being poured on all piles and there has been 5 days of curing, Now there are cracks where the rag bolts pretrude from the concrete only on that last pile. on closer inspection the concrete in not level with a dip in the middle of the concrete. What is the cause for this and what impact will it have on the strenght of the pile?
