CPVC Extrusion

We are experiencing black streaks on a profile extruded from CPVC. These streaks are on the surface only, and can easily be wiped off. They also appear to come from the sizer. Can an ingredient in the formulation lead to this type of discoloration? Are there surface coatings for the die and sizer that are preferable over others (i.e. chorme, nickle, etc)?
