Folks,
Are there published formulae or quick ways to determine lateral stiffness of coupled shear walls and multi-bay moment frames without doing fancy analysis? I want to be able to account for the flexural stiffness of the coupling beams/frames.

Thanks

Tall Building Structures Analysis and Design by Smith and Coull has an excellent formulation for Coupled Shear Walls and Wall-Frame Structures, complete with examples, but I wouldn't call it quick.
