Cost price for HVAC system in cleanrooms

Dear sirs,

can anyone give me a estimate of unitary cost price per m² for a HVAC system (generation, transport and terminal units) for clean rooms?

That depends upon many parameters like your location, area classification, with or without chilled water generation system, ambient conditions, recirculatory or once through system, distance between controlled space to the AHU, level of containment, total area etc.

The rough cost based upon my data, in India, is as follows.

USD 250-300/sq.mtr for Class B/C areas excluding chilled water generation system

USD 400-450/sq.mtr with DX system for Class B/C areas

USD 800-850/sq.mtr with chilled water generation and distribution system (for BSL3)

If biocontainment is not an issue, the third one would cost about USD 650-700/sq.mtr
