Does anybody have a ROM estimate for the cost of pre-pregging as a service? That is if I was to supply dry fabric and my own resin formulation (hot-melt epoxy), what would I get charged for someone to pre-preg it for me.
Secondly does anyone know of any pre-preggers who would be willing to do this kind of short (10 rolls) production run as a service? Thanks.

Your best bet may be to find a university that has a small prepreg machine. Maybe trade some extra material for use of the machine?

Try APCM at They are a small prepreg manufacturer that may be willing to work with you. Other possibilities are Bryte, YLA, J.D. Lincoln, and Newport.
The big companies would have no interest at all.

I was impressed by the level of service and straight talk at J.D. Lincoln.

Ask for Scott (Lincoln).
