Cost of a Bolted steel tank

I need a budget cost for a 20,000 gallon, vertical bolted steel tank. Mild steel, will have a liner inserted separtely, used to hold water, Closed top.

Material and installation.

Anyone further have an idea on removal of same?

You'd get a better number from a tank manufacturer, but I'd say a dollar a gallon or $20,000.
Removal say $2000.
Any reason you're not considering welded steel?
