Cost estimation software

On occation we nee to provide cost estimates for construction on-shore and off-shore facilities usually in basic design phase or in FEED studies.

So accuracy could be -40%/+40% or maybe as low as -10&/+15%

Can anybody recommend a "off-the shelf" package at a reasonable price (hint of price appreciated).

I know of ESTPRO.

I would really like something that integrates with HYSYS. I knwo Aspen have their own product (Icarus i think its called) but once when i asked for a price i was more or less told that if i had to ask then i couldnt afford it

Consultancy services are not of interest right now.
