Cost Effective Chiller Sequence

Is it more cost effective to leave one 1500 Ton chiller run all night and day or switch over to a 700 Ton varible chiller for the night and switch back over to the 1500 ton in the morning ?

(We run around 500 Tons through the night)

Without knowing much data, the better option is to go for 700TR (provided you don't have thermal storage arrangement)
