Hi..
I am trying to simulate a pneumatic arm mechanism which is pressing the materials.Materials are passing under this mechanism. I have a roller which will press the material and drive it to forward. This material thickness is changing between 50-300 unit. By each thickness the pressing force is going to change because of the changing arm angles.I have a constant pneumatic force and a constant velocity. How can i get the graph of reaction forces of the roller which are changing by the material thickness .

Have you tried good ol' statics/dynamics/FBD? Unless you're leaving some details out it looks like a pretty simple exercise to solve for wheel reaction in terms of material thickness.

essentially i was going to ask this question "solidworks:cosmos" forum, by mistake i posted it to here.I know that this is a simple problem and i can get the solution by hand calculation easily. But i am new in cosmosmotion and trying to learn. But i failed to simulate this problem.My trouble is, the approach of this problem in cosmos.
