Hi. I am new to COSMOS and need to analyse the stresses in a centrifuge rotor arm. Obviously the load experienced through the rotor increases with increasing radius and g. How do I use COSMOS in this application?

In Cosmos/M you turn on centrifugal force loading. Read the docs on how to do this.
