COSMOS crashing SW

Has anybody had this issue:

Model a part in SW, Switch to COSMOS, system works fine.
Build a simple assembly in SW, switch to COSMOS, runs fine.
build a model with more than 8 parts it seems, switch to COSMOS, SW crashes.

turns out it is a specific part that is cause it, but i'm not sure what is special about this part to cause this problem.
