Corrugated deck flooring wheel load distribution

I'm rating corrugated deck flooring. Mfr. brochure distributes wheel load over 20" x 20" area. AASHTO 3.30 says 20 x 10. This will increase loading by a factor of two. I don't think I should increase the area due to the thickness of the deck (2" min) like I might for a thicker deck. Any comments?
