Hi,
I'm an environmental engineer.I work for a chemical cleanings' company in Italy. Because of that Rodine 213 is no longer produced here, does someone know an alternative corrosion inhibitor for inorganic acids, to be used in chemical cleanin operations, still produced in Italy or in an european country? Is Rodine 213, still produced in other european countries?
Thanks in advance.

Contact Henkel:
The following article mentions the use of Rodine 2100 [more environmentally friendly than 314?] in pickling steel in Italy:
Article dated May 2005, so perhaps Henkel's contact person is still there:
Piermario Anelli,
phone: +39 335 7560038,
e-mail: piermario.anelli@it.henkel.com

We bought Rodine from Henkel in Italy. They told us that it would no longer produced here. If they have a second choice maybe they would have told us.AnywayI will ask for an alternative to them.

Maybe contact the steel company mentioned in the Henkel article to see what they are using for substitute:
ILVA S.P.A. (owned by the Riva Group).
