Hi to all,

We are using SW2012 in our office.Generally work on sheet metal parts with punch cutting and press-braking bending.Material quality is DC01 with thickness 1 -1,2 - 1,5 -2 -2,5 - 3 mm ...

Bending radius is generaly 0,8 to 1,5..

Does anyone have bending table or K factor list due to these thicknesses and radiusses? We always need to make some prototypes to get correct developped sheet dimensions.

Thanks

Hope this will help you.
Be aware ! This is not 100% sure.
You must test the developed sheet dimensions before start the fully production.
Good luck !

Thanks Mihail, but i think units are in meter...So allmyparts are in mm...

Inthat case what should I do?Should I change all dims in txt file from meter to milimeter or is there any other easy way to do that?

Thanks again.
