Correct design and detailing of X bracing in the middle Brace-to-Brace connection? (one story, so not beam there)

Is there any AISC document with the correct design and detailing for one story X brace for Special Concentrically Braced Frames (SCBF)
I can see the example in the seismic design manual for the two-story X-bracing with the beam in the middle, but there is no reference to the one-story X-brace.
