I face problem of delamination between foam (corecell-M) and prepreg (45% of epoxy). I believe that delamination problem came from contamination. I would like to fing a way to clean foam before wrapping with prepreg. During machining, chip of foam are create. A lot of dust stay on the foam and ensure a bad adhesion during curing. I would like to eliminate those foam chip by a chemical way. Can you suggest me products to use for cleaning (surface preparation) then avoid chemical reaction with the foam. Can you gieve me some ideas?
I will also try other type of foam (corecell-A) to see if it will reduce the amount of foam chip (more easy tom machine).

If you are dry machining the foam ,grinding or sanding, then simply blowing off the foam with CLEAN dry compressed air is the simplest solution. Alternativly use a vacuum cleaner.
Cleaning the foam with chemicals or solvents, quite often introduces more contaminates into the surface and makes your problem worse.
