Is it possible to copy a sketch from for example Generative Shape Design into the drafting module?

There's a sure fire work around. I would not consider this a best practice method but here ya go.
export you geometric set that you want in Drafter as an IGS file (save as). Rename that file with an .IG2 extension this will open in Catia drafting. Copy the newly opened veiw to the desired sheet (Paste)

You may need to dissasmeble a sketch into wire geometry first.

Or you could just do it by adjusting your options, under Tools -> Options -> Mechanical Design -> Drafting -> View, and select the radio that says "Project 3D wireframe."

You can also project 3D wireframe into existing views by right clicking, select "Properties", and checking the radio button under the View tab.
