Copying Bulk Items

Does anyone know how to make copies of a bulk item in rev. 20?

I have not used these bulk items before, but, I talked to a guy who has and he suggests that you copy the text file for the bulk parts

For copying bulk features select from model tree directly. or from querry bin----> Select from menu----> then select the desired feature.
