Copper Pipe Flow Charts

Hi
Does anyone know where I can find a metric flow chart/diagram for copper pipe with sizes 150 diameter and above?

Is there a specific reason you need to use copper pipe in this service? Can you use Sch 10 stainless steel? The cost of copper fittings & flanges in these large sizes is going to be just brutal.
