copper crush washers

I believe grades of copper only refer to copper alloys. Otherwise the you maybe confusing the grade of copper pipe with wrought copper. That just refers to the oxygen level, in your case a crush washer probably isn't used in a electrically conductive environment so it probably just plain wrought copper.
