copper crush washer specification number: ???

A few google searches and looking through the offerings on Mcmaster shows DIN 7603 for metric copper/aluminum crush washers and AS3112 for an SAE spec. I don't have a copy of the SAE spec so I'm just going by the title which says "Sealing Washers" but not what type.
