I've got a Copper Alloy designation on a print that is identified as "A-35102 / Type L" and I was asked to tell the boss what alloy of Copper this was.
Since there are numerous Cu (Copper) alloys out there, ranging anywhere from "C80100" thru "C99750" I don't know what to tell him.
Any help identifying the correct alloy for "A-35102 / Type L" would be appreciated.

Last time I checked, the Copper Development Association (copper.org) would be happy to bury you in technical literature.

Your designation A-35102 / Type L appears more like a part number off of a print for a component. What is the item?

There is a Type L Copper tubing under ASTM B88.

So far, what I've learned is that C221000 is the proper composition callout for the "L" designation Copper description.
The part, (as "metengr asks) is a copper tube.
