Cooling Tower Vendors

We are building a new Combined Cycle Power Plant. I am looking for viable vendors to supply and erect the cooling tower. It will be a 10 Cell, Mechanical Draft, Counter Flow, FRP Tower at 132,000 GPM circ. water flow. We had a bad experience in the past with a vendor that went bankrupt midway through the construction of a similar tower a few years ago and are apprehensive of the cooling tower industry.

Can anyone provide a referral for solid, stable, well performing cooling tower vendors? Any vendors to be wary of?

I also would personally recommend Niagara Blower. Their Wet Surface Air Coolers are good equipment.

Where will your plant be located..?? This is important to determine a viable vendor..???

Do you have a real purchasing department and, if so, what exactly are they doing ?
