I'm looking for a way to cool thread adaptors after they are projection welded onto steel tubes. I need an inline system that allows a part to be cooled in about 25 - 30 seconds as I need to keep the one for one flow. The cooling is required for pressure testing directly afterwards that currently gives errors with hot parts.
Any ideas?

I don't know the thermal capacity of what you are welding, but there are commercially available, compressed air driven cooling pipes, which eject hot air from one end and cold air from the other. They could be used for small components to cool.
