I want to cool down an axisymmetric piece of 850 degrees celsius from a wire drawing simulation in an ambient atmosphere.
How can I handle this problem?

You could probably do this by hand if you approximated the heat transfer coefficients.
Proper conditions would be to use radiation and natural convection to the ambient, but most importantly read a book about heat transfer before continuing.
