I have a couple of questions on this. I am a SolidWorks users and not a Catia user.

I would like to convert a SolidWorks 2004 part to Catia. We have V5 in-house but I am not trained on that software. Our customer needs a V4 file.

I sent them a SAT and their response was that they wanted to see it come over as Solid Models as some had no volume, some wrong layers. If that wasn't possible, then at least Volumes to create the Solids.

I also have issues with layer reference as they require certain layers for surfaces, faces, etc and was curious how I can get the correct layers set either in V5 or SW for them

Thanks in advance
