Converting splines to lines and arc's

I am using CadKey 19.01. I get allot of drawings from clients that were created in other software's and most often end up tracing the architectural components as i cannot use splines. i need true lines and arc's. Is there an easier way to do this?

There is a Tools CDE “add in” for that that has been around for a long time but I’m not 100% sure if was in CK19, it's been too long.
