Converting dwgs with Solid fills to AutoCAD

Hello,
I need to know if there is a way to convert V5 dwgs to AutoCAD that will keep solid fills (coloured hatching) and filled arrowheads once exported into AuotCAD. (using semantic export to conserve dimensions and text)
