Converting Assemblies to STEP files

I am spending too much time to convert an assembly to STEP file.

My condition is to convert the assembly to shrinwrap and to STEP file with no parts visible in model tree and the STEP file should have full solid feature than just surface.

Can anyone help how to make this happen real quick!!!!
