convert mapkeys to 2001

I don't know of a utility, but I ran across a chart in the 2001 Release Notes book (pp2-1...) that shows the 'Old Location' and 'New Location' of all moved commands.
You could possibly use this to manually update the mapkeys, although it would take a while depending on how many you have.
